Need a reliable freelance copywriter or PA? Look no further!
I have fifteen years PA experience (both in the corporate world and as a private PA) and have freelanced as a copywriter since 2012. I enjoy both roles and am looking for ad hoc, or ongoing projects in either capacity.
Experience
PA/Administrative Support
I’ve worked as a private PA to a wealthy individual for just under 3 years. I’m responsible for diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, assisting with presentations and tenders, plus various other ad hoc administrative tasks associated with her four businesses. I also help manage her personal life. I do her weekly Ocado shopping, organise gifts for family birthdays and arrange social engagements on her behalf.
I also have corporate PA experience, having worked as PA to the Marketing Director at Random House Group for two and a half years, and at the Stopgap Group and Cherry London, but I prefer working as a private PA.
Copywriting
I’ve been freelancing as a copywriter since 2012. Since then, I’ve worked with several agencies and built up my own client base.
I currently write weekly blogs for PR Superstar and Castle Thai Spa. I also write magazine articles for Everest Home Improvements. I interview staff and write feature articles about strong performers, new initiatives, and any promotions they’re running.
I did a similar thing for Aspire Estate Agents for 18 months. I interviewed local businesses and wrote articles about them for Aspire’s monthly magazine, which was distributed to 2,000 households in the area.
I have also written blogs, web copy, corporate brochure copy, and product descriptions for businesses in sectors such as PR, property and construction, social media, recruitment, finance and health and beauty.
Social Media and web re-design
I managed the social media accounts for PilatesBodyShape for a year – posting weekly on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
I also advised on the re-design of the website and re-wrote the copy for it (still to go live).
