Having worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and mystery shopping industries, we realised that there was a market to bring the two together and provide a project management, recruitment, scheduling, allocation and reporting service for mystery shopping and market research companies.

We have clients based in both the USA and the UK and have worked on projects throughout Europe.
