My Name is Shahid Ahmed. In short I would say that I have a pleasant personality and a high enthusiasm for work. Being a Finance Manager for 15 years, I have much accounting experience in the telecommunication, hotel, retail & wholesale clothing and food sectors. During this time, I have liaised with various banks & high-profile clients. Most people think that accountants are the most unexciting group of people in the world, but i am sure if you got to know me and indeed the rest of us, your misconceptions on accountants would be wiped away; no seriously!

Having worked for other people for my entire career, I have now decided it is the right time to become self-employed with the freedom to be my own boss and to interact with many interesting people. I have joined the Connect Buzz to be able to get connected with like minded people who I feel comfortable with to share tips, contacts and general experiences in life, whilst at the same time learning from them.

We can also collect the required information and prepare the accounts off-site. We can also do audit preparation for external auditors during the financial year end.

I am familiar with Sage Line 50/MMS since I have been using for the last10 years. I am also able to prepare the accounts on Excel spreadsheet.
