TALKBACK LANGUAGES is in the Language Training and Translation Consultancy Services business and we are based in Northern Italy, but working online we can reach most corners of the world!

We have been providing language training services to small and medium sized companies as well as top international companies for many years.

About us
We have been in the language consultancy business for more than 20 years.
We started as language teachers and are TEFL qualified and we provide In-Company Business English Courses all over Lombardy including Full-immersion courses in Wales during the summer months.

I love driving and cars, reading, fashion (I studied Fashion Design at Wolverhampton Polytechnic) and travel. One of my defects is correcting grammar and spelling when I see mistakes I just can't stop myself!!

I have also worked as a freelance translator and together with a colleague, 6 years ago, decided to try to "help" Italian companies to become Internationalized by giving their websites and documentation a more professional image ready for globalization, which is not an easy task, as it's very difficult to convince them that the website translation their niece did is quite incomprehensible!

We started a Translation Localisation DTP Services company here in the north of Italy in 2003.
Being business women in a country like Italy is sometimes difficult, though not as bad as it might have been when I first moved here 25 years ago!
After winning a place on a "new for Italy" Incubation Start-up scheme, which was offered by the local Chamber of Commerce, we went from strength to strength, and being one of the first companies to offer On-line translation services, we were asked to appear on local TV and in trade magazines!

Last year I went back to working with my husband at Talkback Languages offering language courses to companies. We can also provide Italian courses to multinational companies based in Northern Italy or for anyone wanting to learn or needing "conversation" while they are on holiday or business over here, and we can also suggest hotels around lake Como, and Iseo and Garda on request from 2008/2009.
