Broadcasters can push out pre-recorded content (product demos, commercials) throughout the broadcast
Broadcasters can push out PowerPoint style slides to the viewers.
Broadcasters can hand over the broadcast to another broadcaster (someone in another country, outside broadcast)
Broadcasts can be automatically archived so viewers can come back at anytime to view the show again
Both live and archived broadcasts can be password protected or set to pay per view

The system is self policed as it's subscription based. Content has a report concern button next to it, if anything is deemed inappropriate then it's removed immediately and if any laws are broken the content and contact details of the user will be handed over to the police.
