Tara graduated from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in Richmond, London and runs her own nutrition clinic in central London in addition to working at the Southcote clinic in Maidstone, Kent. Tara is passionate about healthy food and helping people on to the right path for them.
