I'm Stephen Cherry, the Business Development Manager for Comm-Link, we are a Telephone answering business that offers all call centre services 24/7 365 days a year.

We provide such services as:

• Answering all calls on your behalf / Remote Reception.
• Handling your emergency call outs / Call-out services.

We also offer, Out of business hours cover, Overflow, Holiday cover, Disaster recovery,
SMS and Email marketing, Web based call services and telemarketing options.

As well as phone answering services, we also provide response handling via email, web, SMS and fax as well as by voice.

The reason I've joined, Connect Buzz is to promote our services, also to generate a cost saving opportunity to all businesses, while promoting awareness to the advantages of using a Telephone answering service. We currently work together with over 700 businesses throughout the UK from large corporate clients, owner managed businesses, through to home based operations and new start up’s, while working together we have helped many develop and grow.
